This is simple and easy to make.... its very decadent and good enough to serve company any time of the year.....Great to serve in a chocolate pot if you have one...This is a Teatime recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • sugar to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash salt

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring half and half and milk to a low boil.
  2. Add chopped chocolate and sugar; whisking constantly.
  3. As chocolate begins to melt, add vanilla and almond extract, cinnamon, and salt, whisking constantly until warmed through.
  4. Serve immediately.
