Ingredients

4 eggs well beaten

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons diced red onion

2 tablespoons diced red peppers

2 tablespoons diced celery

1/2 slice bologna cut into small pieces

1 slice American cheese cut into small pieces

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Fry over medium heat in preheated greased frying pan turning once.
