- 6 select oysters shopping list
- individual slice of corn bread shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of hollandaise sauce shopping list
- slice of real Va cured ham. (the salty kind) shopping list
How to make it
- bake corn bread
- prepare hollandaise sauce with a little extra cayanne pepper and lemon juice
- grill thinly sliced Va ham
- prepare cort boullion
- gentlly poach oysters
- assemble on plate first corn bread, Va ham, oysters and top with hollandaise sauce.
- This is a famous old recipe from the Hotel John Marshal in Richmond Va.
