Streusel Topped Peach Muffins

- 2 cups baking mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup peach nectar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup peach preserves shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 3 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine baking mix and sugar then stir in juice and vegetable oil and mix until just moistened.
- Fold in marmalade and pecans then fill well greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Combine all toping ingredients until mixture is crumbly.
- Add 1 teaspoon of streusel topping over muffins and bake for 20 minutes at 400.
