How to make it

  • Melt butter in skillet and sauté onion and garlic until transparent stirring frequently.
  • Add turkey and stuffing stirring to blend then add gravy, corn, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • In small bowl combine eggs and cheese then preheat broiler.
  • Transfer turkey mixture to casserole dish then add egg and cheese mixture.
  • Stir to combine all ingredients then sprinkle top of hash with breadcrumbs.
  • Place hash under broiler until breadcrumbs begin to brown about 7 minutes.
