Turkey Hash Dated 1966

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey shopping list
- 3 cups crumbled stuffing shopping list
- 1 cup leftover gravy shopping list
- 3/4 cup cooked corn shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 3 eggs well beaten shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in skillet and sauté onion and garlic until transparent stirring frequently.
- Add turkey and stuffing stirring to blend then add gravy, corn, parsley, salt and pepper.
- In small bowl combine eggs and cheese then preheat broiler.
- Transfer turkey mixture to casserole dish then add egg and cheese mixture.
- Stir to combine all ingredients then sprinkle top of hash with breadcrumbs.
- Place hash under broiler until breadcrumbs begin to brown about 7 minutes.
