- 1/2 CUP orange juice shopping list
- 1/3 CUP LOWER SODIUM soy sauce shopping list
- 1TBS light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 TBS cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 TSP salt shopping list
- 2 pork loin RIB CHOPS, 1 LB, BONED AND SLICED shopping list
- 2TBS oil shopping list
- 2 eggs BEATEN shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, THINLY SLICED shopping list
- 1 RED OR green pepper, SLICED shopping list
- 3 CUPS COLD cooked rice shopping list
- 1 head broccoli, FLORETS,\ TRIMMED, STEMS PEELED AND SLICED, 6 CUPS shopping list
How to make it
- WHISK TOGETHER ORANGE JUICE, SOY SAUCE, SUGAR, CORNSTARCH AND SALT. TOSS 2 TBS SPOONS JUICE MIXTURE WITH PORK; RESERVE HEAT1 TBS OIL IN LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD EGGS; COOK, STIRRING, UNTIL JUST COOKED THROUGH, 3-4 MINUTES.
- IN SAME SKILLET, HEAT REMAINING 1 TBS OIL OVER MEDIUMHIGH HEAT. ADD GARLIC AND PEPPER; COOK STIRING, 3 MINUTES. ADD RICE. SPREADIN SKILLET; COOK 1 MINUTE; STIR, SCRAPING RICE FROM BOTTOMOF SKILLET, UNTIL BROWNED.
- STIR BROCCOLI, AND REMAINING JUICE MIXTURE. COVER; COOK UNTILBROCCOLI IS TENDER, 5 MINUTES. STIR IN EGGS AND PORK MIXTURE. HEAT THROUGH; 2 MINUTES
