  • WHISK TOGETHER ORANGE JUICE, SOY SAUCE, SUGAR, CORNSTARCH AND SALT. TOSS 2 TBS SPOONS JUICE MIXTURE WITH PORK; RESERVE HEAT1 TBS OIL IN LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD EGGS; COOK, STIRRING, UNTIL JUST COOKED THROUGH, 3-4 MINUTES.
  • IN SAME SKILLET, HEAT REMAINING 1 TBS OIL OVER MEDIUMHIGH HEAT. ADD GARLIC AND PEPPER; COOK STIRING, 3 MINUTES. ADD RICE. SPREADIN SKILLET; COOK 1 MINUTE; STIR, SCRAPING RICE FROM BOTTOMOF SKILLET, UNTIL BROWNED.
  • STIR BROCCOLI, AND REMAINING JUICE MIXTURE. COVER; COOK UNTILBROCCOLI IS TENDER, 5 MINUTES. STIR IN EGGS AND PORK MIXTURE. HEAT THROUGH; 2 MINUTES
