Frozen Banana and Cranberry Salad

this is delcious and can be a dessert or a salad. Great with poultry meals Pretty and Pink!
Ingredients
- 1 lg can (20 oz) well drained crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
- 1- 9 ounce Cool Whip or whipped topping shopping list
- 4 mashed bananas shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) shopping list
- 2 cans whole cranberry sauce (make sure you get whole) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well and spoon into cupcake papers placed in a muffin pans
- Freeze.
- When frozen, remove from muffin pan and place in Ziploc bag.
- To serve, remove from freezer and place on a lettuce lined serving dish
- Garnish as desired
