How to make it

  • Mix the corn flour, sugar, water, butter, salt, lemon grates and lemon juice.
  • Put it on fire, keep mixing until it boils. Remove it from the fire.
  • Add the egg yolk to the mixture and mix it well.
  • Put it back on the fire for one minute then remove it.
  • Oil the mini balls cake pan.
  • Put each square puff pastry in a ball and put (one tbsp) from the mixture in each square.
  • Beat the egg whites until it become cream.
  • Add the vanilla and icing sugar to the cream and beat it for one minute.
  • Put it in a decorating bag then do the decoration for each piece.
  • Put in the oven for 20 minutes until it becomes a little brown.
  • Finally sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles on the top.
