Ingredients
  • 24 square pieces of puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon grates
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 eggs yolk
  • 2 eggs white
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Directions
  1. Mix the corn flour, sugar, water, butter, salt, lemon grates and lemon juice.
  2. Put it on fire, keep mixing until it boils. Remove it from the fire.
  3. Add the egg yolk to the mixture and mix it well.
  4. Put it back on the fire for one minute then remove it.
  5. Oil the mini balls cake pan.
  6. Put each square puff pastry in a ball and put (one tbsp) from the mixture in each square.
  7. Beat the egg whites until it become cream.
  8. Add the vanilla and icing sugar to the cream and beat it for one minute.
  9. Put it in a decorating bag then do the decoration for each piece.
  10. Put in the oven for 20 minutes until it becomes a little brown.
  11. Finally sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles on the top.
