Five Peppercorn Beef Tenderloin Dated 1967

- 4 filet mignons shopping list
- Five peppercorn mix (2 black 2 white 2 green 2 pink; 1 Szechwan) shopping list
- 1 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 rosemary sprig shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Coat beef with peppercorns.
- Marinate in oil, garlic and rosemary for 4 hours refrigerated.
- Season beef with salt and sear in a heavy pan.
- Turn beef over and place in 375 oven for 12 minutes.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes then serve.
