Baked Yam And Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 large sweet potato, thinly sliced

1 large potato, thinly sliced

1 large onion, thinly sliced

4 TBSP butter, divided

2 TBSP flour

3/4 C vegetable broth

1 C Mozzarella cheese shredded

2 TBSP Bread crumbs

1 TBSP parsley, dried

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Layer sweet potato, onion, butter, potato, onion, butter and repeat.

In small bowl combine flour and broth, pour over potatoes.

Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, dot with remaining butter.

Cover and bake for one hour.
