Ingredients
  • 1 pkg rigatoni
  • 8 oz kale cut into pieces
  • 1 lb italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup kidney beans, rinsed
  • shredded parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. cook pasta according to pkg directions adding kale in the last 2 minutes of cooking:drain
  2. brown sausage in oil
  3. add garlic and cook additional 2 minutes
  4. add beans to heat
  5. top with cheese
