How to make it

  • Slice lamb into 2cm wide strips. Place in large bowl.
  • Heat a chargrill pan over medium heat. Cut haloumi cheese into 1cm thick slices. Chargrill haloumi in batches for 1 minute or until soft and heated through. Transfer to bowl with lamb.
  • Add rocket and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss to combine.
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, seasoning in a bowl. Add dressing just before serving.
  • Serve with lebanese bread.
