How to make it

  • Combine wine, olive oil, thyme, mustard, garlic salt, basil, onion and pepper in medium bowl.
  • Add salmon and cover then refrigerate 30 minutes turning occasionally.
  • Preheat broiler then place fish on broiler pan or grill and spoon marinade over top to cover.
  • Broil to desired doneness then sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
