Spring Thyme Salmon

- 1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper shopping list
- 2 pounds salmon fillets shopping list
- juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Combine wine, olive oil, thyme, mustard, garlic salt, basil, onion and pepper in medium bowl.
- Add salmon and cover then refrigerate 30 minutes turning occasionally.
- Preheat broiler then place fish on broiler pan or grill and spoon marinade over top to cover.
- Broil to desired doneness then sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
