How to make it

  • Boil lasagna until done but do not over cook
  • While lasagna is boiling blend ricotta, mozarella and italian cheese along with sour cream, 2 eggs, chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) add the seasonings.
  • After lasagna is finished cooking and mixture is blended spread lasagna out a strip at a time on cutting board and cut in half...
  • Take a tablespoon of cheese/spinach mixture and put on the end of the lasagna strip and roll up gently. Leave open end down.
  • Make a sauce out of 2 cans of tomatoe sauce, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 stick of butter and add parmesan cheese, add basil, oregano, garlic powder . Heat until boiling then turn down to a simmer and stir until parmesan cheese is blended in good. Don't over cook.
  • Cut sauages up and spread on top of the lasagna rolls. Spread sauce on top and sprinkle more mozarella cheese over the top
