5 Soup Casserole Recipe
This recipe is a favorite of mine that my mom, Pat, makes. She always serves this casserole with cole slaw and yeast rolls. It is sure to be a great, satisfying meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Campbell's ABC Alphabet soup
  • 1 can Campbell's French Onion soup
  • 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain. Place in bottom of baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle rice on top of beef mixture.
  3. Mix together cream of celery soup and cream of mushroom soup with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Whisk in french onion and beef broth. Stir in ABC soup.
  5. Pour over top of rice. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
