How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then grease and flour tube pan.
  • In medium bowl combine flour, coconut, oats, brown sugar and pecans then mix well.
  • Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly then set aside.
  • Combine bananas, sour cream and eggs then beat at low speed until smooth.
  • Add cake mix then beat 2 minutes at high speed.
  • Spread 1/3 of the batter in greased and floured pan then sprinkle with 1/3 of the coconut mixture.
  • Repeat layers 2 more times using remaining batter and coconut mixture.
  • End with coconut mixture then bake for 55 minutes.
  • Cool upright in pan 15 minutes then remove from pan and place on plate coconut side up.
  • Cool 1 hour then serve.
