  • Sauté chopped onion in olive oil in sauté pan. Then add sliced mushrooms. Let soften about 5 to 10 minutes on med low heat. Meanwhile , put salt, pepper, garlic powder, and grill mates on both sides of chicken. Place in about a 9 x 13 glass pan. Place can of mushroom soup in a large bowl then pour tarsal wine in can to get all of soup out. Mix well then add sautéed mushrooms and onions to soup mixture. Pour mixture all over chicken try to keep mushrooms on top of chicken. Bake for about 1 hr on 350 covered. About 15 minutes before chicken is done boil salted pasta water cook pasta till done. When chicken is done place chicken over the pasta and add mushroom top with parmesan cheese.
