Pepper Steaks With Blackberry Glaze

- 1/2 cup blackberry jam shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 boneless strip beef steaks shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries shopping list
How to make it
- In small saucepan combine jam and vinegar.
- Cook over medium heat until jam is melted stirring constantly then remove from heat.
- Rub pepper on both sides of steaks then grill 4” from heat over medium coals 12 minutes.
- Turn half way through cooking.
- To serve spread steaks with glaze then top with berries.
