Tuna Steaks With Tomato Corn And Avocado Salsa

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 4 tuna steaks shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 red onion minced shopping list
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved shopping list
- 1 cup cooked corn kernels shopping list
- 2 avocados peeled and diced shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare a grill.
- Combine 3 tablespoons oil, lime juice, brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon each of the salt and pepper.
- Brush over both sides of the tuna and set aside.
- Whisk together remaining oil, vinegar, onion and remaining salt and pepper.
- Stir in tomatoes and corn then gently stir in avocado and set aside.
- Place tuna on grill and cook 3 minutes per side.
