How to make it

  • Prepare a grill.
  • Combine 3 tablespoons oil, lime juice, brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon each of the salt and pepper.
  • Brush over both sides of the tuna and set aside.
  • Whisk together remaining oil, vinegar, onion and remaining salt and pepper.
  • Stir in tomatoes and corn then gently stir in avocado and set aside.
  • Place tuna on grill and cook 3 minutes per side.
