Tuna Steaks With Tomato Corn And Avocado Salsa Recipe
This is my favorite way to eat fresh tuna. It grills to perfection everytime and the rest of the ingredients make this a rounded out meal perfect for any of the tuna lovers in your life. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 red onion minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cooked corn kernels
  • 2 avocados peeled and diced

Directions
  1. Prepare a grill.
  2. Combine 3 tablespoons oil, lime juice, brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon each of the salt and pepper.
  3. Brush over both sides of the tuna and set aside.
  4. Whisk together remaining oil, vinegar, onion and remaining salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and corn then gently stir in avocado and set aside.
  6. Place tuna on grill and cook 3 minutes per side.
