Barbeque Shrimp

- 5 pounds large shrimp with shells on shopping list
- 2 pounds butter shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic finely minced shopping list
- 1 medium white onion finely minced shopping list
- 3 stalks celery finely minced shopping list
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary shopping list
- 4 teaspoons cayenne pepper shopping list
- 4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 6 ounces beer shopping list
- 2 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then melt 1 stick butter in a skillet.
- Sauté garlic, onions, celery, parsley, rosemary and seasonings for about 3 minutes.
- Melt remaining butter then add beer, Worcestershire and lemon juice.
- Dip shrimp in seasoned butter and transfer to a baking sheet then bake 15 minutes.
- Serve shrimp in individual bowls with spicy butter ladled over the top.
