How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then melt 1 stick butter in a skillet.
  • Sauté garlic, onions, celery, parsley, rosemary and seasonings for about 3 minutes.
  • Melt remaining butter then add beer, Worcestershire and lemon juice.
  • Dip shrimp in seasoned butter and transfer to a baking sheet then bake 15 minutes.
  • Serve shrimp in individual bowls with spicy butter ladled over the top.
