Bartlett Crunch Compote

- 3 fresh bartlett pears shopping list
- 2 oranges peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 small cantaloupe cut into chunks shopping list
- 1/2 pound grapes halved and seeded shopping list
- 1 cup canned apricots shopping list
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons pineapple juice shopping list
How to make it
- Peel core and slice pears in wedges then combine pears, oranges, cantaloupe and grapes.
- Drain apricots and puree until smooth in blender or food processor.
- Combine apricots puree with sugar and heat until sugar dissolves then add juice and chill.
- Pour over fruit and toss lightly to coat then serve chilled in compotes.
