How to make it

  • Cook the Peppers until soft.
  • Peel,take out the stems,but leave in the seeds.
  • Place the peppers with the seeds and all other ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mash all together with a hand held potato masher,do not use a processer.
  • Serve
  • Note: If you do not like the heat in this,you may tempt it a bit with a pinch of sugar in your individual serving...plus,you may serve very small pieces of chocolate to help remove the heat from the palate.
