Hawaiian Shrimp

- 2 pounds fresh shrimp peeled and deveined shopping list
- 40 ounces pineapple chunks in juice shopping list
- 1/2 pound bacon slices cut in 2” pieces shopping list
- 2 red peppers cut in 1" pieces shopping list
- 1/2 pound mushroom caps shopping list
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 8 ounces sweet and sour sauce shopping list
- 16 skewers shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
- Combine vegetables with shrimp on skewers then place in shallow pan.
- Mix sweet-and-sour sauce with reserved pineapple juice then pour over kabobs.
- Grill or broil kabobs 4 minutes on each side basting often with sauce.
