CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE IN CHOCOLATE CRUST This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Henry Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1980.

Ingredients
  • 1 chocolate graham pie crust
  • 18 ounce jar ice cream fudge topping slightly heated
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1-1/2 pints chocolate ice cream
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter

Directions
  1. Mix ice cream and peanut butter together on low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into chocolate graham pie crust and freeze until firm.
  3. Warm ice cream topping slightly and spoon over ice cream mixture then return to freezer.
  4. Serve with whipped topping on top of each slice.
