How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then place fish in a baking dish and add onions, water and wine.
  • Cover and bake 15 minutes then remove from dish and place on a warm latter.
  • Strain stock then combine butter and flour in a small sauce and stir in 1 cup stock.
  • Add parsley, salt and pepper the cook stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
  • Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
