Fish Normandy

- 1-1/2 pound lean fish fillets shopping list
- 3 medium onions finely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter at room temperature shopping list
- 2-1/2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- Chopped scallions shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then place fish in a baking dish and add onions, water and wine.
- Cover and bake 15 minutes then remove from dish and place on a warm latter.
- Strain stock then combine butter and flour in a small sauce and stir in 1 cup stock.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper the cook stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
- Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
