Nothing better than a simple salad balancing greens with fruit and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1lb pre-washed baby spinach shopping list
- 8oz fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed, sliced shopping list
- 2oz crumbled feta shopping list
How to make it
- Put the spinach in a big bowl.
- Add the strawberries,
- Add the feta.
- Toss.
