How to make it

  • Put in a bowl 250mls of olive oil
  • 1 lemon half of a lime
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 third of a teaspoon of vegeta
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • wisk ingredients together
  • and add the prawns
  • toss the prawns around and put in the fridge
  • toss every 7 minutes
  • toss three times
  • get the barbie hot plate nice and hot
  • take out the prawns seperately from bowl and barbecue each side for 1and half to two minutes or until they get a nice red colur but not more than two minutes on eather
  • before taking off the barbecue add the marinade to the prawns and then serve with some nice crisp bread and a nice chard
