Greek Potato Salad

This potato salad recipe comes from a friend who is Greek. Delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. red bliss potatoes,cut in small pieces or slices shopping list
- 1 lg. red onion,sliced thin shopping list
- 1small can sliced black olives shopping list
- 2 Tbs red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2c mayonnaise shopping list
- 3Tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes till tender.....let cool. Mix potatoes with mayo,vinegar,oil,salt,pepper , onion and olives. Toss till lightly coated. If you prefer salad moister,you can add more mayo,vinegar and oil.
