YUMMY QUICK COOK CHICKEN MASALA Recipe
This dish is excellent with hot ghee rice/ chappatis /french loaves. Raita or coriander chutney will be perfect. as a side dish .

Ingredients
  • I kg Chicken-cut into small pieces
  • 3 meduum tomatoes-chopped
  • 2medium red omions-chopped
  • 3 green chillies-sliced thin
  • 1 inch ginger ground
  • 6 pips garlic ground
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves chopped
  • 3tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1 cup coconuy milk
  • 10 almonds soaked and ground.-1/2 cup
  • 1Twig curry leaves

Directions
  1. Place cleaned ,cut chicken into a large bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients one by one into the bowl except the coconut milk and ground almonds.
  3. Mix well.Sprinkle a little water to mix it well
  4. Marinate for minimum 1/2 hr or more.
  5. Take a large saucepan to cook this dish.
  6. Add 4 tbs oil or butter.
  7. When hot add the marinated chicken and fry well stiring all the time.
  8. Once the aroma of the spices comes out ,add the coconut milk .
  9. Let it simmer for 20 min or so till the chicken is cooked.
  10. taste for salt/add a little water for the requeired consistency
  11. Lastly add the ground almond milk,,after one boil, off the stove.
  12. ENJOY THE FINGER LICKEN CURRY.
