A handsome cake,made so easy by using yellow cake mix. This is a recipe from my mother-in-law. Frost with Fluffy Mocha Frosting(posted)

Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs yellow cake mix
  • 2c water
  • 4 eggs,beaten
  • 1/8c instant cocoa mix
  • 1-1/2Tbs instant coffee

Directions
  1. Empty both pkgs. cake mix in large bowl;add water and eggs;beat 3 mins. until smoothe and creamy.
  2. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. Combine instant cocoa mix with instant coffee. Spoon 1/4 cake batter into pan,sprinkle with about 1/3 other mixture,etc. Finish with cake batter for top layer. Bake 350 about 11/4 hours. Cool and frost with fluffy mocha frosting(posted)
