A twirked version of Nimbu pani. It goes wonderfully with all Indian food.

Ingredients
  • 3 tsp of lime juice
  • 1 and half tsp white cane sugar( to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • a pinch of dry roasted ground cumin powder
  • a pinch of rock salt(you can use regular salt too but it doesn't have the same taste)
  • soda

Directions
  1. Add sugar to lime juice. Stir to dissolve.
  2. Add chaat masala, sugar, roasted cumin powder, rock salt. Stir to dissolve.
  3. Top up with soda just before serving.
