Ingredients
  • 1 cup crushed rice
  • 1/3 cup fat free minced beef meat
  • Or 2/3 cup semolina for people who do not eat prefer meat
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Water
  • Filling:
  • ½ kg little fat minced lamb meat
  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp spice
  • Salt
  • Sauce:
  • ¼ kg lamp meat with bone
  • 200 g tomato paste
  • 6 ½ cups water
  • ¼ kg turnip (chopped slices)
  • 1 ½ tbsp dry mint
  • ½ tsp Lemon powder or lemon juice (as you prefer)

Directions
  1. Mix the rice, beef or semolina and salt, add the water gradually as needed until it becomes like a ball and does not stick to the hand, roll as a ball, cover and leave it half an hour.
  2. Mix the minced lamb meat, onion, spice and salt.
  3. Take the dough and cut it to small balls (the size of a smaller than walnut) take each ball and make a hole in it, then full it with meat and close it and give it an oval shape.
  4. Wash the meat with bone and put it in a pot and put on the fire and keep stirring, add the tomato paste and (6 cups) of water, leave it for 30 minutes until the meat is cooked.
  5. Add the turnip, 1 tbsp of the dry mint and lemon, leave it 15 minutes, add the Kuba one by one gently so that they do not stick with one another.
  6. After putting the last piece add (½ cup) of cold water then stir them gently to avoid breaking them, leave on light fire for 15 minutes until they are cooked.
  7. Pour them in the serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining dry mint on top.
