Southern Style Sweet Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients and directions are together.

Directions

In pot,stir 2 cups water with 1 cup sugar; add 1 lemon,sliced.

Bring to boil over med-high heat,stirring. Boil 1 min. or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat;add 8 tea bags.

Steep 30 mins.. Remove tea bags;discard. Stir in 6 cups cold water. Serve over ice or refrigerate till ready to serve. Makes 8 cups.
