How to make it

  • Place chopped cauliflower in a small bowl, add salad dressing and mix.
  • Allow to marinade for 15 to 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss lettuce leaves and cauliflower mixture.
  • Separate into two serving bowls add half of tuna to each and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Estimated 5 Weight Watcher points per serving.
