How to make it

  • Mix milk, oil and egg yolk together.
  • Combine dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients in large bowl.
  • Mix together until dry ingredients are just wet then mix in raspberries.
  • Beat egg white until it forms stiff peaks then fold egg white into mixture but do not over mix.
  • Heat griddle until the point where a few drops of water put on pan immediately sizzle off.
  • Pour pancakes by 1/4 cup on to heated griddle then flip pancakes when bubbles appear on edge.
  • Serve warm with butter and your favorite syrup.
