Veggie Au Jus Recipe
This is a great veggie version of an old favorite. I had this au jus with Quorn Peppered Beef slices and swiss cheese on a hoagie roll! I suggest a crispy roll to soak up the goodness!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups vegetable stock, unsalted
  • 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (be sure it's vegetarian,most store brands are vegetarian)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Boil 2 cups(1 pint of water)
  2. add two stock cubes and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. add the worcestershire and stir in
  4. add the thyme,rosemary and fresh ground pepper let simmer.
