How to make it

  • Use a small melon baller to scoop the cores out of the apples, leaving the bottoms in. Be sure to leave the skins on!
  • Add 1 teaspoon of preserves to each apple, followed by a teaspoon of cream cheese, brown sugar, and butter.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the butter and put into oven set at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, or until apples are soft and skins are loose.
  • Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
