How to make it

  • bring some salt water to boil
  • cut the tips of the beans and remove the thin fibre
  • cut into thin pieces
  • dropped in the hot salty water for a few minutes (do not allow to overcooked...beans should be crunchy still)
  • drain bean and rinsed
  • place beans and all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  • goes well with summer roasts and spicy curries
