THESE MEAT BALLS ARE EASY TASTY WITH ALOT OF GREAT FLAVOURS YOU WILL NOT STOP EATING THEM
Ingredients
- 1 kg prime beef mince shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 large red onion shopping list
- 2 juicy tomatoes shopping list
- 2 good full pinch of seasalt shopping list
- 2 good full pinch of ground pepper shopping list
- 1 full sprig of thyme shopping list
- 2 big cloves of garlic shopping list
- 3 quarter teaspoon of seven spice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of vegeta shopping list
How to make it
- PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS INTO YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR AND CHOP ALL THE INGREDIENTS TILL IT ALL BINDS TOGETHER BUT SO ITS STILL IN LITTLE CHUNKY PIECES AND NOT MUSHY
- TAKE OUT OF PROCESSOR AND ADD SOME FLOUR SO ITS NOT REALLY MOIST AND RUNNY SO IT BINDS IT TOGETHER
- ROLL INTO BALLS OF YOUR CHOICE OF SIZE THEN FLOUR THE BALLS ALL OVER
- IN A DEEP FRYPAN ADD OLIVE OIL AND FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL NICE AND GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES
- SERVE WITH A NICE SALAD OF YOUR CHOICE ,A NICE RED AND THATS IT
