Solo Shrimp Casseroles

- 2/3 cup white onion chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 5-1/3 ounces evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 cups baby shrimp cooked shopping list
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter then slowly stir in flour stirring constantly.
- Slowly stir in evaporated milk stirring constantly then add salt, pepper, shrimp and parsley.
- Pour into individual casserole dishes which have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle cheese and paprika over top of each casserole then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
