Creamy Caramel Peach Parfaits Recipe
CREAMY CARAMEL PEACH PARFAITS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Malta Estate in Bedford, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 29 ounce can sliced peaches drained and cut into pieces
  • 5 soft molasses cookies broken up
  • 1 soft molasses cookie crumbled

Directions
  1. Fold ice cream topping into whipped topping in small bowl.
  2. Layer cookies, topping and peaches in 6 parfait glasses then sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
