Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breast Halves (6 oz. each)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 2/3 cup chuncky applesauce
  • 2/3 cup spicey BBQ. sauce
  • 2 Tbs, Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Directions
  1. In a large Skillet sprinkle chicken with pepper
  2. Brown chicken in oil both sides
  3. In small bowl combined remaining ingredients
  4. Pour over chicken
  5. Cover and cook 7-10 minutes
  6. Yeild 4 servings
