How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Generously butter a 1 1/2 quart souffle dish or straight sided casserole.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, flour, dissolved curry powder, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk in half and half.
  • Stir in shrimp.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Gently fold into shrimp mixture.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
