Pineapple Lime Sauce and Pecans Over Pork Scalloppini

- 1 pound pork scaloppini shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice concentrate shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest shopping list
How to make it
- Flatten pork to 1/4" thickness between two sheets of waxed paper.
- In large nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray heat oil over medium high heat.
- Dredge pork in flour and cook 3 minutes per side or until just done at center.
- Place on a serving dish and cover then add green onions and pecans to skillet.
- Cook for 2 minutes then add pineapple juice concentrate, water, honey, lime juice and lime zest.
- Bring to a boil for 1 minute or until slightly syrupy and thickened then serve sauce over pork.
