Shrimp Diane

- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots shopping list
- 1 tablespoon margarine shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 15-1/2 ounces artichoke hearts drained and quartered shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped chives shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento shopping list
- 16 ounces peeled deveined shrimp shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- Chopped parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in skillet then sauté mushrooms and shallots for 5 minutes.
- Stir in wine, artichoke hearts, chives and pimiento.
- Stir in shrimp and simmer covered for 5 minutes then season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with parsley then serve immediately.
