How to make it

  • Combine mayonnaise and chopped chipotle pepper in a small bowl and mix with a fork.
  • Combine beef with remaining ingredients and mix well then allow to rest 3 hours in refrigerator.
  • Shape beef mixture into 4 patties and grill 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve on toasted buns with pepper mayonnaise spread underneath and on top of each patty.
