- 1 pound ground sirloin shopping list
- 5 tablespoons chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 sourdough hamburger buns shopping list
- oil and butter for cooking shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a heavy bottomed skillet over high heat then toast pecans 3 minutes then remove.
- Combine beef, onions, pepper, parsley and seasoning in a large bowl and mix well.
- Mix in pecans then shape mixture into 4 patties and fry in a little oil for 5 minutes per side.
- Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
