How to make it

  • Heat a heavy bottomed skillet over high heat then toast pecans 3 minutes then remove.
  • Combine beef, onions, pepper, parsley and seasoning in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Mix in pecans then shape mixture into 4 patties and fry in a little oil for 5 minutes per side.
  • Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
