Pineapple Gazpacho Salad

- 1 fresh pineapple, cored and finely diced shopping list
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes, drained shopping list
- 1 large cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in large serving bowl; cover and chill at least one hour or overnight. Stir again before serving.
