Chicken Enchilades Supreme

- 3 C chicken tenders cooked in garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 Can Rotel tomatoes Extra Hot with Habeneros shopping list
- 1/2 Jar el Pinto Hot green chili salsa shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 2 C. heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 12 corn tortillas shopping list
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chicken, tomatoes, salsa. Mix well. Mix salt and cream in medium bowl. Heat oil in skillet to dip tortillas to soften- about 5 seconds. Drain on paper towels. Dip each tortilla in cream and fill with chicken mixture and add a little cheese. Roll and place in ungreased baking pan. Pour remaining cream over enchiladas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until cheese is melted.
