Chicken Enchilades Supreme Recipe

Put some heat in it or not. I like it super hot and spicy.

Ingredients
- 3 C Chicken Tenders cooked in garlic, chopped
- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes Extra Hot with Habeneros
- 1/2 Jar el Pinto Hot Green Chili Salsa
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
- Combine chicken, tomatoes, salsa. Mix well. Mix salt and cream in medium bowl. Heat oil in skillet to dip tortillas to soften- about 5 seconds. Drain on paper towels. Dip each tortilla in cream and fill with chicken mixture and add a little cheese. Roll and place in ungreased baking pan. Pour remaining cream over enchiladas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until cheese is melted.
