How to make it

  • Combine chicken, tomatoes, salsa. Mix well. Mix salt and cream in medium bowl. Heat oil in skillet to dip tortillas to soften- about 5 seconds. Drain on paper towels. Dip each tortilla in cream and fill with chicken mixture and add a little cheese. Roll and place in ungreased baking pan. Pour remaining cream over enchiladas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until cheese is melted.
