How to make it

  • Preheat broiler then lightly spray a broiler pan and rack with vegetable oil spray.
  • Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels then put fish on rack.
  • Combine parsley, mint, oil and garlic then rub mixture on fish.
  • Broil 4” from heat 8 minutes.
  • Melt margarine in nonstick skillet over medium high heat then sauté onion 2 minutes.
  • Add juices from fish and remaining sauce ingredients then heat thoroughly and pour over fish.
